Dr Hardam Singh Azad is a PhD environmental engineer/fortune 100 consultant who moved into the realm of commercial real estate as a realtor, broker and CCIM for over 25 years. Azad Commercial Realty Services (a small private equity CRE firm) has it's roots in Houston since 1996 and has grown from a single strip mall to over 2M square feet and over $200M in Southeast US regional assets.
I have spear headed, co-founded and have been building thru fund raising and charitable events a church known as the Sikh National Center here in Houston Texas. We raise hundreds of thousands per year for charitable religious and secular social causes.
